Schedule a Virtual Intake

Choose between a Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist.

We can schedule your intake as soon as the consents are signed, even if the Clinical Intake Form is pending.

Receive Treatment

Connect with your provider online and after completing your intake, receive treatment plans. This includes diagnoses and, if no extra information is needed, prescriptions for lab tests, medications, supplements, or specialist referrals.
